We are in the end times of pervasive fear, a destructive tool of satan that robs millions of a victorious life. Many have lost the battle not because of the giant they faced but because of the giant they feared. Many have even died, not because of sickness but because of fear of that sickness.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Fear weakens your resolve, determination and willpower. Fear brings torment, anguish and anxiety. Fear freezes your potential. Fear causes your hope to shrivel and die. Fear increases the size of your enemy mentally.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">When we begin to harbour fear, we give place to the devil. Do not give place to fear because what we fear may come upon us. Jesus knows there will be times when fear will overwhelm us: the fear of loss, failure, false accusations, sickness and disease. Jesus does not promise to keep us free from trouble, but promises us enough grace to stand and resist the troubles that cause our anxieties, cares and unnecessary fears. Therefore, we must learn to get above our fears even when it seems impossible to get above our troubles.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">In 2 Kings 6:17 &#8211; \u00abAnd Elisha prayed, \u00abOpen his eyes, Lord, so that he may see.\u00bb Then the Lord opened the servant&#8217;s eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. The opening of our eyes of faith is the silencing of our fears.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&nbsp;We must deal with our fears before they deal with us. Everyone has a giant. Yours could be sickness, disappointment, failure etc. It&#8217;s not the giant you face but the giant you fear that conquers you.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">This should be your confession when you are faced with fear: \u201cI refuse to take counsel with fear or to entertain a doubt. As a Christian, my fear is unnecessary and my doubts are unreliable. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil because God is involved.
