Is there a burden upon your spirit? As long as you are in this world there will be things poking you; there will be things disappointing you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">When we are troubled, we cannot be sensitive to the Spirit of God. You need a free spirit to pray. You need a free spirit to hear from God. You cannot hear from God when your spirit is troubled. If you pray at such times, you are talking to yourself. Therefore, ask God for a free spirit. Meditation reveals the burden in our spirit. Ask the Lord Jesus, \u201cTake more of me; give me more of You\u201d. When you are meditating this, you will find joy. It comes naturally; it comes spontaneously. Meditation in God\u2019s Word is a visit with Him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">John 16:33 &#8211; \u201cI have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">\u201cIn this world, there will be trouble. Cheer up! I have overcome.\u201d This is why Jesus prayed, \u201cI pray your faith will not fail\u201d. This means there will be trouble that will tempt your faith but as a believer, God is aware of what you are going through. It has been prophesied that you will go through them but as one of His followers, it will not impair you but improve you if you allow it to draw you closer to Him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\"><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><!-- \/vcwb\/dynamicElementComment:b03f9b0b --><\/div><\/div><\/div><!-- \/vcwb\/dynamicElementComment:7ad0aed7 --><\/div><\/div><\/div><!-- \/vcwb\/dynamicElementComment:b704e7b9 --><!--vcv no format-->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you worried about something?
