That you are a Christian does not mean that you are \u2018out of touch\u2019. Remember, in John 16:33, Jesus said, \u201cIn this world, there will be tribulation; cheer up &#8211; I have overcome\u00bb. Also, in the book of Luke 22:31-32, Jesus said, \u201cI pray that your faith will not fail.\u201d This means that there will be some factors or issues that will challenge your faith. This means, as a Christian, what you are going through serves a useful purpose:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #999999;\">a) To form and strengthen your character<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #999999;\">b) To prepare you for eternal glory that lies ahead<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">True believers feel strong while facing challenges because they know that personal improvement and fulfilment come through the continual process of learning from both negative and positive experiences. As believers, we understand that when times are stable and the sea is calm and secure, no one is really tested.
