A foul stench pervaded the atmosphere. Olajide was close. The odour emanating from him was practically unbearable. But that was nothing compared to the inner turmoil. It all started when Mr Olajide Oluwarotimi Festus from Ondo State, Nigeria visited a witchdoctor in search of ‘money at all costs’. A strange concoction was given him to eat, alongside the promise of prosperity in his ways. Truly, things started turning around for Olajide – but only momentarily. The repercussions of his diabolical visit soon manifested when he began feeling a strange moving object all over his body. Poverty soon came knocking on his door and entered with full force.
