In confirmation of the prophecy, merely hours before Nigerians were due to cast their votes, Mahmood Yakubu – the chairmen of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) – made the bombshell announcement. “Proceeding with the election as scheduled is no longer feasible,” Yakubu said, citing logistical issues.
