At the tender age of 12, Debra possessed an ID card falsely alleging she was 21. Instead of focusing on academics, the daughter of a Togolese diplomat went onto the streets and into the clubs. Buoyed by ‘bad friends’ and equipped with seductive jewellery and revealing clothes, a ‘strange force’ pushed her into a life of prostitution.
Forcefully returned to her homeland of Togo, the promiscuity only seemed to worsen – until her ‘disgraced’ mother decided to bring her wayward daughter to a Church in Lagos, Nigeria. There, everything changed!
